The integration of the Republic of Moldova into the EU by supporting producers and the internationalization of businesses.
Between April 25 and 26, Cluj hosted over 50 producers from the Republic of Moldova, who participated in a matchmaking visit - AGRIFOOD PARTNERSHIP 2024 - Business Matchmaking, an event organized by EBA Moldova (European Business Association Moldova) and the Agency of Investments from Moldova, with the financial support of the USAID Moldova Rural Competitiveness and Resilience project in Moldova, We are developing Rural Moldova.

The event's partner in Cluj is Via Cluj Tv and the International Business Society. The two days generated multiple opportunities for producers, but also for officials from the Republic of Moldova, thus creating solid networking with senior officials from the Romanian Parliament and Government, Cluj Municipality, importers of horticultural products, honey and wines, distributors to networks, experts in attracting of European funds, founders of renowned regional networks, Agro Transilvania Cluster, etc.

The municipality of Cluj, as well as the adjacent municipalities, lack a wide range of quality products from the Republic of Moldova, and the capacity of producers from the Republic of Moldova could certainly meet some of the needs of these consumers, who have come to love products from the Republic of Moldova.
